We have a permanent, direct hire role for a software development lead/architect to deliver a scalable fully integrated software application for the State of Oregon. This role is primarily a technical role leading a team of up to 7, however, there is a client facing component whereby you would be required to interface with both technical and non-technical partners. The ideal candidate is degreed with 6+ years of Microsoft .net software development experience. Key attributes pertain to serialization, WCF and building systems using a test driven approach. Preferred qualifications include: 6+ years of transaction based web development using asp.net and C#; MS SQL server and data integration; Business logic development surrounding consumable api's, xml, json; Knowledge of large scale transaction based systems development a plus; Building ERP or CRM systems is a plus; Project leadership.
