We are conducting a search for direct hire, permanent resource for our WASHINGTON, DC end client to build best of breed security technology with cloud based technologies and ensure hardened industry compliant standards for B2C transactions. The ideal Security Engineering candidate will provide technical leadership to architect and build secure cloud computing platforms with encryption for data at rest and in transit while helping product development comply with security policies, industry regulations, and security best practices. Here are the qualifications our end client prefers: CISSP, CEH, CISA, CISM, SECURITY+ or OSCP; Amazon, AWS Config, CloudTrail, VPC, Subnets, IAM; SSO, SAML Federated Identity, RBAC and Authentication & Authorization solutions; Network security and performance monitoring; Web application security; Command line scripting experience; Puppet, Chef, Ansible, CloudFormation; Remediation and virtualization; Agile, test driven development and DevOps (preferred); Prior start up experience along with a BS or MS degree (preferred but not required).
